By 2016, this high-mass, solar-passive house had been built for 17 years. Little about it had changed, except for the growth of trees and shrubs. Now, I took several initiatives, investing funds and effort into improvements. I added a Louvre for Summer Night Cooling, a Courtyard, and Landscaping, with Fencing and Brickwork.
