Starting to build the house
This photo gallery shows the preparation and first phases of building the solar-passive house in Monash Street, Manilla, NSW, up to May 1998.
Preparation included checking solar access and testing the soil. Phases of building included laying strip footings and slabs, and erecting the timber wall frames.
