These Cumulus congestus, or Towering cumulus (Tcu), clouds are taller than they seem, as they are so far away. The view is to the north-west from Manilla (367 m), over the paraglider launch at Mount Borah (894 m), 14 kilometres away. At 19:30 on 28/01/17, these clouds were dropping rain on Bellata, 130 kilometres away.
