Wall Frames, Study

By early April, the first wall frames are up. They are termite-resistant Cypress-Pine (Australian Cypress, Callitris glaucophylla) sourced locally from Bingara, NSW. The nearest room is the study, which will be separated from the lounge by a double brick thermal mass wall. The slab edge rests on double brick foundation walls.
