The solar-passive house in Monash Street, Manilla, NSW, taken from the north east at noon, 11th September 2007. North-facing double-glazed windows in ground floor rooms and the clear-story are receiving the last of the winter sun. A Gill screen in the foreground houses thermometer senders, and there are receivers in a white box in the narrow window.
